Interesting piesprcteve Glenn. I never thought that my marketing and business background would interfere with my ability to coach people. I have been both trained as a business manager and a professional coach and I embraced the social media as natural ways for my clients to find me. I empower my clients and attract them by sharing articles, tips, blogging or answering questions. I don't do any promotion, push content to emails or advertising online or offline. The only thing I offer is a free coaching session. The ROI is very high and it is vital for me as an expatriate to be able to capitalize on my online reputation even when I move to another country. I do agree having a mentor coach is very important.
